Here is one contender for the launching of Ian's book. Molly Malones is in
Courtenay Place (Wellington NZ), and could be checked thoroughly by our
Cotma conventioneers.
AFAIK it is on the corner of Taranaki St, the junction of two trolleybus
routes.
I may well have a photo under an earlier name, before it went fake Irish.

A less-worthy contender is the 'Occidental': a former hotel kept as a facade
to a modern high-rise development. I dread to think what it is like inside.
The photo was taken from a trolleybus window.
I suspect that the trolleybus thoroughfare at that point is Lambton Quay.
