The copious notes suggest early Sydney Tram Tours were;

25.3.1950. AETA using PR1 1517, to where?
25.3.1951. AETA using an R1 and K 1295 on Nth Sydney lines.
23.6.1951. AETA using R1 1988 to Gladesville and Maroubra Jun.
